Renaissance Square - A new community in the Essex-Middle River area of Baltimore County for people from all walks of life, to be developed by a joint venture of Enterprise Homes, Inc., and the Mark Building Company.
115 new homes for sale will be constructed along with 81 one- and two-bedroom apartment units for senior households 62 years old and above, in a three-story elevator building to be known as Evergreen.
Construction anticipated to break ground in late 2008, with first occupancy in 2009.
